The Formal and ‘gardenesque’ grounds are planted with specimen stock for immediate visual impact and reflect the qualitative aspects of the scheme. The use of formal landscape elements compliments the traditional style of the two properties and introduces architectural landscape elements in the approach view of the houses and in key views from within them.
