Roger, who formally trained in Horticulture and Business Management, started his own landscaping company in Aldershot in 1977. From these beginnings, Roger has developed this large commercial landscaping business. His love of horticulture, hands on experience and pro-active approach make him the ideal leader for his successful team. Roger takes overall responsibility of all Company affairs and its ambitious expansion objectives.
Peter has been with Goddards for 23 years. He is qualified in Amenity Horticulture & Contract Management and enjoys following a scheme from tender through to practical completion guaranteeing clients achieve value for money, superb quality and zero defects. Peter heads the operational side of the business and ensures that all contracts run smoothly and on time. He has helped the Company win many contract awards over the years.
Andrew joined Goddards senior management team in 2002. He trained at Merrist Wood College and has extensive experience, which includes teaching, working abroad as an Environmental Engineer and managing design and build. Contract procurement is a major part of his responsibility and his focus is on expanding the Company's services, including hard landscaping and design development capability. Andrew is instrumental in achieving many coveted BALI awards.
Senior Contracts Manager
With 20 years in the business and 18 years at Goddards, George has on-site management and operational experience across a wide range of landscaping work, including environmental, civil engineering, tree and shrubs and very large trees. George manages the Landscaping Division, overseeing both hard and soft landscaping projects to achieve a consistently high standard.
Senior Maintenance Manager
Mike started his landscaping career at Goddards over 25 years ago. Having gained experience across the landscaping industry Mike has been back at Goddards for 10 years and heads up the Grounds Maintenance Division where he has overall responsibility for all maintenance contracts. Mike maintains a close relationship with clients, residents and tenants to ensure all matters are dealt with immediately and to the exacting standards required.
Business Development Manager
Having worked in Media Sales for over 10 years Beverly has recently joined the Goddards team as Business Development Manager. Beverly’s role is to seek out opportunities with new clients and explore how Goddards can be of service to them, whilst also developing existing client relationships. Beverly is often the first point of contact for clients and welcomes calls from anyone interested in Goddards services.
